 Report on Participation in the “Drug Free Public Awareness Campaign Mumbai 2026” Collective Pledge Program

Lala Lajpatrai Institute of Management (LLIM) actively participated in the “Drug Free Public Awareness Campaign – Mumbai 2026” by organizing the online live broadcast of the Collective Drug-Free Pledge Program on 30th  July 2026 at 10:30 a.m., in accordance with the directions received from the Government of Maharashtra.

The program was conducted in Room No. 605 of the institute, where the live webcast was displayed for students through the online streaming platform. The event was attended by 58 students, along with the faculty members, and staff of the institute.

During the program, all participants enthusiastically took the Drug-Free Pledge, reaffirming their commitment to leading a healthy, responsible, and addiction-free life. The pledge emphasized staying away from drugs and other harmful substances, spreading awareness about the ill effects of addiction, supporting individuals affected by substance abuse through compassion and appropriate guidance, and contributing towards building a healthy, safe, and drug-free society.

The event served as an important awareness initiative, motivating students to become responsible citizens and ambassadors of the Drug-Free Mumbai campaign. The active participation of students and faculty reflected LLIM’s commitment to promoting social responsibility, ethical values, and the well-being of society.

The program concluded with a collective resolve to contribute towards the vision of an “Addiction-Free Family, Drug-Free Mumbai, and a Strong India.”
