1. Leadership Qualities: 
Mrs. Singhal outlined seven vital traits – enthusiasm, integrity, warmth, confidence, humility, fairness and toughness. An effective leader balances these qualities to inspire teams, build trust, connect emotionally, take firm decisions and overcome challenges. By imbibing these traits, students can thrive on their leadership journeys..

Mrs. Singhal outlined core placement committee responsibilities – foster industry connections, channel job openings, resume guidance, interview preparation, hosting campus drives, managing logistics, and tracking student placements. Committees play a pivotal role in securing rewarding opportunities for graduates.
 
4. Finance : On finance, Mrs. Singhal emphasized how leaders should understand financial statements, cost structures, and funding options to effectively control resources and guide decisions. Financial acumen is vital to evaluate opportunities, manage risks, and allocate capital wisely.  
 
5. Customer: Regarding customers, she discussed analyzing needs, monitoring satisfaction scores, journey mapping, and feedback channels. Customer orientation shapes strategy and operations. Leaders should obsess with delivering top-notch experiences   
 
6. Internal Process : Here she covered assessing operating processes, bottlenecks, benchmarks, technology integration, and automation opportunities through data analytics. Efficient processes enable smooth functioning.

Description: The institute hosted an impactful Leadership Skills Seminar by speaker Mrs. Indu Singhal. Attended by our Chairman Dr. Kamalji Gupta, COO Mr. Rajiv Gupta and other distinguished members, it was a resounding success. Mrs. Singhal generously shared insights from her over 30 years of experience to empower the students. Her talk was engaging and sowing seeds for their leadership development. She answered questions in an interactive session as well. The seminar accomplished its objective to motivate and guide students on leadership strategies. The institute management profusely thanks Mrs. Singhal for conducting this enriching session. We look forward to implementing her wisdom as students embark on their journeys as leaders.
