Anti-Ragging Day Celebration at LLIM

As part of the Anti-Ragging awareness initiative, LLIM celebrated Anti-Ragging Day on 17 August 2026 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. The programme focused on creating awareness among students about the harmful effects of ragging and the importance of maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful educational environment.

A Poster Making Competition on the theme of Anti-Ragging was organised as the main activity. A total of 39 Second year MMS students actively participated in the competition. The students expressed their understanding and concerns regarding ragging through creative posters, illustrations, slogans, and awareness messages.

The posters prepared by the students conveyed different and meaningful messages highlighting the negative consequences of ragging and encouraging students to stand against such practices. Through their creative work, students emphasised themes such as respect for fellow students, kindness, dignity, equality, friendship, responsible behaviour, and the importance of maintaining a ragging-free campus.
