Lala Lajpatrai Institute of Management [LLIM], Institution’s Innovation Council had organized  Boot Camp on Lean Startup and Minimum Viable Product / Business.’’

On 02nd A On August 2, 2025, the Lala Lajpatrai Institute of Management hosted a “Boot Camp on Lean Startup and Minimum Viable Product / Business.” The event aimed to provide participants with the practical knowledge and entrepreneurial skills needed to apply the Lean Startup methodology. The focus was on helping attendees identify, develop, and validate a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to meet customer needs using minimal resources.ugust, 2025 in Seminar hall , 6th floor.

The bootcamp was expertly anchored by Mr. Kaushik Jain, a second-year student of MMS (Finance), who began the session by introducing about the bootcamp and the distinguished resource person, Mr. Vikram Pandya. Mr. Pandya, in turn, provided an in-depth overview of the fintech landscape, explaining its various sub-domains and the enabling technologies that drive it. He also highlighted essential tools such as IFSC, Alt.drx, Data Sutram, and Earth Yantra. The bootcamp’s core focus was on the Lean Startup methodology, presented as a systematic approach to building startups and launching new products amid extreme uncertainty.

The session was designed to be highly interactive, moving beyond theoretical concepts Participants learned how to ideate, validate assumptions  and build MVPs using customer feedback to iterate quickly. Through real-world case studies and mentoring, learners explored how to avoid wasteful practices, improve product-market alignment, and accelerate time-to-market.

The bootcamp also included an engaging question and answer session where students and attendees had the opportunity to interact directly with Mr. Pandya. As an outcome of the bootcamp, participants were equipped to understand the core principles of the Lean Startup methodology, develop a problem-solution and product-market fit, design and test an MVP, and apply iterative feedback loops for product development.

The bootcamp concluded with a vote of thanks, delivered by Mr. Kaushik Jain, who expressed gratitude to the resource person, Mr. Vikram Pandya, for his valuable insights and engaging sessions. The active participation of the students was also acknowledged, underscoring the importance of such events in helping aspiring entrepreneurs gain practical knowledge about the startup ecosystem.
