On August 13th, 2024, a workshop titled “How to Crack an Interview” was conducted, strategically timed as placement season is imminent. The session served as a critical intervention to enhance the students’ interview readiness and boost their confidence.

The workshop began with the formal felicitation of the esteemed guests, led by Dr. Suresh Suvarna, Prof. Makarand B. Thakoor, and Mehdi Sayed. Following this, Mr. Tushar delivered an insightful introduction of Mr. Abhijeet, emphasizing his extensive 17-year tenure in Human Resources, particularly highlighting his acumen in employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development.

Mr. Abhijeet strategically categorized the students according to their specializations and backgrounds to set the stage. Mr. Abhijeet then pivoted to the importance of staying informed through daily engagement with current affairs, particularly via reputable news sources. He initiated a dialogue on the A.S.K. framework (Attributes, Skills, and Knowledge), meticulously deconstructing each component.
