“Customer Experience … The Next Competitive Battle Ground”

Lala Lajpatrai Institute of Management (LLIM), Mumbai had organized the National Seminar on “Customer Experience …The Next Competitive Battle Ground” on 1st April 2023 in the institute auditorium.

The seminar began with dignitaries lighting of the lamp and paying their tribute to Shri. Lala Lajpatraiji. The dignitaries of the inaugural session consisted of Dr. Vivek G Mendonsa – Chief Guest, Dr. V. B. Angadi, Dean-Academics, Dr. C. Satyanarayana, Director and Dr. Asha Aggarwal, Student Counselor. & Dr. A. Balasubramanian – HOD Marketing.

 

In his inaugural address, Chief Guest of the seminar- Dr. Vivek G Mendonsa – Group Director, Marketing, Lawrence & Mayo Group highlighted buzz words of retailing. He also discussed the role of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and focused its functional aspects in enhancing Customer Experience through digital platforms. In the keynote address, Mr. Sachin Sadare – Founder & Director of Digital Dojo presented the three layers of Customer Experience consisting of UI, UX and CX for building customer preferences. In his address, Mr. Rituraj Bidwai, Digital Marketing Consultant discussed the dimensions of customer journey through technological innovations in the era of digitalization.

 

In technical session, students presented research papers on the emerging areas and trends for creating customer experience. Mr. Sachin Sadare – Founder & Director of Digital Dojo distributed the prizes and certificates for the best paper presenters. The seminar was well attended by nearly 200 delegates. The valedictory session was concluded with vote of thanks by Dr A. Balasubramanian, Convener – Seminar.
