The event was programmed in multiple sessions. Morning session event commenced with the registration of the participants, followed by the National Anthem and Rajya Geet, which set a patriotic and respectful tone for the day. The formal introduction to the institute was provided and the Saraswati Vandana invoked blessings for wisdom and success.

His insights provided a roadmap for organizations to thrive in the coming decade, embracing the opportunities AI offers while mitigating its challenges.

A Panel discussion session kept especially for the Gen-Z students who will be a part of the workforce in upcoming days so capturing their understanding, thinking & insight from the perspective of regulators, employers, employees, and the global community becomes very vital. Each panel member presented their views, highlighting the challenges and opportunities AI brings to the field of HR. They also analysed the implications of AI adoption on workforce planning, ethical governance, employee engagement, and global trends.
