After completing Masters in Management Studies, Prof. Deepa Rohit started her professional career with The Indian Express Group as a Trainee Executive- Space Selling. She then joined The Living Media Co. Ltd (The India Today Group) handling Reader's Digest, wherein she was servicing top media agencies and the corporate clients like L'Oreal, Colgate and Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. Etc. Her last corporate assignment was with the Outlook Publishing, wherein she was responsible for the French Fashion Magazine; Marie Claire.
Prof. Deepa is passionate about teaching and always aspired to join academics after gaining some corporate experience. After working in media industry for more than five years, Prof. Deepa joined as Assistant Professor with one of the reputed institute in Mumbai. She has around eighteen months of teaching experience.

She possesses good inter-personal skills and can develop excellent rapport with students. Her presentations and teaching methodology make class-room learning more interesting.
