Educational Qualification:
Dr. Arati Deepak Kale has completed has her graduation in Commerce (Accounts) and done her Masters in Human Resources from NMIMS, Mumbai University. She has been awarded the PhD degree in Management by JJT University.

Industry Experience:
She has 15 years rich experience in the corporate as the AGM-HR. During her stint in the corporate, she also has handled International Assignments. As she developed interest in teaching, she moved into academics to explore and learn the deeper aspects of being an academician.

Teaching Experience:
She is an approved faculty for MMS by University of Mumbai. She has over 5 years of teaching experience in the management education.

Subject Expertise:
Human Resources Management, Training and Development, High Performance Leadership, Competency and Performance Management. Specialisation Project, Organisational Behaviour, Services Management.

Specific Proficiency:
She possesses experience and skill to handle various research projects relating to the streams of Management. She is a polyglot and proficient in English, Hindi, Marathi, Kannada, Tulu, Gujarati, Malayalam, and Konkani.

Won the 1st Prize Award titled "Social Entrepreneurship and Sustainability" at the International Conference on Innovation and Entrepreneurship organized by Institute for Future Education, Entrepreneurship and Leadership, Lonavala in 2012

Other areas of Interest:
In addition to teaching, she is involved in coordinating seminars, Management Development Programmes/Workshops and cultural fest in the institute. She has contributed articles in the management publications and journals etc. She has presented papers at National and International level Conferences. She is heading the Entrepreneurship Development Cell and Women Development Cell. She has conducted various Community Services camps such as Blood Donation Camp, Eye Check up camp, Thalassemia Check up camp, Yoga & Meditation Camp. She is also actively involved in Students Counselling and Grievances. She has participated/presented papers in various National and International seminars/conferences and workshops. She has eight research papers to her credit which have been published.
