Mr. Deep Bhandhari is the Business Unit Head for Multiple Sclerosis at UCB - his earlier responsibilities include Director Marketing and Sales Excellence at UCB, General Manager, MSO with Novartis, where his role involved sales force effectiveness, Marketing Science and Sales Force and Management Training. He is a reputed global trainer and facilitator for M1 program “Leading at the front line” and trained and coached number of managers across the organization.

Mr. Bhandhari explained to the students how the Pharma industry worked in the past, growth over many decades and how the industry is adapting to the digital transformation & globalization, newer business models, radical change in Operations and Marketing and how the Pharmaceutical industry in India can adapt to become major global player. He explained the career opportunities for MMS students and the areas of domain and technology that students need to prepare themselves to become the efficient managers of tomorrow.
